USING THIS DATA BASE IN SIMULATIONS
 
	Most simulation programs will require the PATH, FILE NAME, and FILE
TYPE in order to access the data in this library. 
	The path consists of the name of the disk drive followed by the 
names of the directory and subdirectories in which the data file
resides. The following directory and subdirectory names are used in this
library:
	\S_DATA           top directory 
	\S_DATA\BJT       discrete AT series Si Bipolar transistors
	\S_DATA\FET       discrete ATF series GaAs FET /PHEMT transistors
	\S_DATA\DIODE       selected HSCH series Schottky diodes
	\S_DATA\GAINBLOK  INA, MGA, and MSA series 50 ohm gain blocks
	\S_DATA\MMIC      HMMC, MGA, and MGS series GaAs MMICs
	\S_DATA\RFIC      HPMX, ITA, IVA, MSF series Si RFICs
	\S_DATA\OBSOLETE  Recently obsoleted products (for reference)
	\S_DATA\FORMS     forms and information (no data)
Example: the file name and path for the gain bias data on the AT-41435
with this disk in the A drive would be:   A:\S_DATA\BJT\T414358B.S2P
The HELP screens in the various subdirectories give file naming protocol. 
All data files are of type .S2P  This can be changed using the DOS "REN"
command, e.g. "REN *.S2P *.FLP" changes to SUPERCOMPACT .FLP file type.
