	bias code = Vxx (xx = bias to nearest V or alpha code)

	GaAs gainblocks replace the A with an M
	EXAMPLES:
	      MSA-0611 biased at 16 mA:    A0611I16.S2P
	      INA-02186 biased at 35mA:    A02186ia.S2P       
	      MGA-86576 biased at 5 V:     M86576V5.S2P
	
	to list all files, enter:               L
