The ZIP file QRS.ZIP contains 5 files :

- README.TXT = this file
- WHATSNEW.TXT = changes between version 1.08 and 3.11
- QRS.EXE = QRS program executable under Windows (version 3.11)
- QRS.ICO = Icon for the QRS program
- BIVBX.DLL = DLL needed by QRS.EXE
This DLL might be already present on most PCs running Win3
but not on Win95/98/2000 etc. Leave it in the same directory
as QRS.EXE. If it was already on your PC (probably in the
WIN directory) you can delete this file here.

No fancy installation required, just run QRS.EXE or create a shortcut.
At the first run you will have to assign a port (COM or LPT) before you can
drive a TX, be sure NOT to assign the COM port that your mouse is using !!!
At the first run also a small file named QRS.SET will be created, this is
where all your settings will be stored.

In case you encounter a bug or have any suggestions to improve QRS (or just

QRS is FREEWARE, so you can use it without charge and distribute the
unchanged ZIP-file, as long as you don't make any profit from it.
